GENERALLY
All products remain Vapenprodukter Sverige AB property until full payment has been received.
Vapenprodukter Sverige AB reserves the right for any "printing errors" on this website. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the product's true appearance.
All prices include Swedish VAT at 25%.
DELIVERY
We ship with DHL or Postnord. We reserve the right to change the shipping method if we consider that another shipping method is better suited. However, shipping costs are not affected.
Normally, stock items are shipped within one to three business days.
Vapenprodukter Sverige AB cannot guarantee that every item is in stock for immediate delivery, even if this is stated in the online store. Intermediate sales, technical errors can lead to listed item is not in stock. Should a stock item not be in stock, we will contact the customer.
If you enter your e-mail address, you will receive an email when we have sent your package. You will also receive an confirmation sent to you with information about your order.
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
We do not deliver to: Greenland and the Faroe Islands, Italy, Åland, Svalbard, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melila, Guernsey, Jersey).
We do not do business with any person under the age of 18 without the consent of a guardian.
DAMAGE
If the package and / or content is damaged when you receive it, notify it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and discover damage, please contact us immediately.
NOT COLLECTED PARCEL
We charge €30 for uncollected parcel to cover our transport and administration costs.
RETURNS
You have full return and exchange rights within 365 days after you recived the order, provided that you have not used the product and that they are returned in undamaged condition.
When returning or exchanging goods, you pay the return shipping cost. If it is a complaint due to damaged goods or that we have sent the wrong item, we will provide you with a return label. Vapenprodukter Sverige AB must be contacted before any item are returned.
If you have exercised your right of return, we will refund what you have paid for the product as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods.
OPEN PURCHASE
We offer open purchase which means you will get the money back for the item(s) if you regret the purchase and return what you purchased within 365 days. The item should be returned in the same condition as when you bought it. We do not refund the shipping cost.
COMPLAINTS
If something is damaged, contact us and let us know why you are not satisfied with the item. We will then repairing the item, giving you a new item or giving you the money back. Does not apply if you caused the damaged.
APPEALS
If you have a complaint about your purchase, please send us an email. If we cannot agree on a solution, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) http://www.arn.se for settlement. You can also send your case to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) http://ec.europa.eu/odr

FORCE MAJEURE
Vapenprodukter Sverige AB is without liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure has its basis in the liberating circumstance as below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfillment.
Such as a liberating circumstance is to be considered, inter alia, the measure or omission of the authority, new or changed legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster.
Force majeure includes decisions by the authority that adversely affect the market and products, such as restrictions on indication, warning texts, prohibitions on sales, etc., abnormal decline in the market and whether the company is subject to criminal act.
